Please read the list of items we are not able to accept. Any such item(s) may be discarded without notifying the consignor. Daily fixed rate Daily fixed rate discount for an item(s) with a starting price of $100.00 are discounted at a fixed rate of 1/2% per day. Starting price : $100.00 Price after 50 days : $75.00 Price after 100 days: $50.00 Price after 200 Days: $0.01 The discount varies for different products. Please ask for details. Fees 10% of the starting price, 20% of the selling price, and a $0.75 per item. Disposal of item(s) Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc. reserves the right to discard item(s) after the price has been reduced to zero. We will not notify the consignor prior to disposal of said item(s). Waiting period Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc. gives up to 10 days money back guarantee when selling item(s). The consignor agrees to wait for payment until Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc. has received the full, non-refundable payment for item(s) sold. Repricing of item(s) The 10% starting price fee is increased by 5% every time an item is repriced. Item(s) must have an initial value of $50.00 or more to be repriced. The price will not be changed until the item(s) have been located. Removal of item(s) An item may be removed by the consignor if the consignor: pays 10% of the starting price plus any repricing fees, does not owe any money to Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc., and the item is not held by a customer. Item(s) must be removed from the premises the same day as withdrawn from consignment. If not, Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc. reserves the right to sell the item(s). Limited liability for consigned item(s) Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc. is to be saved harmless from any costs, obligations or liabilities arising from the sale of the consignor's item(s). Item(s) are left at the consignor's risk and expense and remain the consignor's responsibility until sold and/or removed. In case of fire, smoke, water, earthquake, destruction of the whole or part of the building, break and enter or vandalism; Popeye's Marine and R.V. Catalog Shop Inc. shall be saved harmless for or to any cost related to lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged item(s). Seasonal Inventory Rotation (March 25th & Sept 25th, of each year) Starting March 25, 2012, Popeye's Marine and R.V. Shop Inc. will be rotating it's inventory biannually to provide better value to the customers. Any unsold items, consigned prior to September 25, 2012 rotation deadline, will need to be picked up by the consignor or forfeited at the consignors loss of all rights to said item(s). While Popeye's Marine and R.V. Shop Inc. will not charge for disposal of any forfeited items, Popeye's Marine and R.V. Shop Inc. will not be held liable in any way shape or form for the loss of forfeited items not redeemed prior to September 25, 2012.
